Choir Membership Agreement

About this Agreement
This Choir Membership Agreement applies to Choir Memberships purchased from, gifted through, or provided by Choir of the Earth Library.
Choir of the Earth Library is operated by Earth Choir Academy. In this Agreement, “ECA”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Earth Choir Academy. “You” and “your” mean the person, choir, singing group, organisation, Choir Administrator account user, or singer purchasing, accepting, managing, or using a Choir Membership.
By purchasing, accepting, managing, or using a Choir Membership, you agree to follow this Agreement.
This Agreement should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, and any product-specific information shown at the point of purchase.

1. About Choir Memberships
A Choir Membership allows a choir, singing group or organisation to give its singers access to the Choral Resources Library through a single membership.
The Choral Resources Library contains choral learning and rehearsal resources, including teaching videos and professionally recorded rehearsal tracks. These resources are intended to help singers practise at home, learn pieces more confidently, and build their understanding of the music they are singing.
Each Choir Membership includes a set number of spaces for singers, depending on the membership purchased.
Singer access is provided by linking individual Choir of the Earth Library accounts to the Choir Membership. Singers may use an existing Choir of the Earth Library account, or create one through the registration process if they do not already have one.
2. Connecting your account to a Choir Membership
To connect your account to your choir’s membership, your choir should give you a Singer Sign-up Link.
If you already have a Choir of the Earth Library account, you should log in before using the Singer Sign-up Link. This helps make sure your existing account is connected to your choir’s membership, rather than creating a duplicate account.
If you do not already have a Choir of the Earth Library account, you can create one by following the Singer Sign-up Link and completing the registration form.
Once your account is connected to your choir’s membership, you will be able to access the Choral Resources Library straight away, provided your choir’s membership is active.
Each singer should use their own account. You must not share your login details with anyone else.
3. What the Choir Administrator account can see
Your choir’s membership is managed through a Choir Administrator account.
When your account is linked to a Choir Membership, the Choir Administrator account can see information needed to manage Singer Accounts connected to that membership.
This may include your username, first name, last name, email address, last login date, and number of logins.
A Choir Administrator account cannot see your password, payment details, billing details, personal purchases, course progress, or private account settings.
4. If you do not want your choir to see this information
If you do not want your choir’s Choir Administrator account to be able to see the information listed above, you should not connect your individual Choir of the Earth Library account to your choir’s membership.
Connecting your account to a Choir Membership is your choice. If you have questions about why your choir is offering access through a Choir Membership, or whether you need to connect your account, please contact your choir’s management.
5. Using the Choral Resources Library
Access to the Choral Resources Library through a Choir Membership is for your own use as a singer connected to that membership.
You must not copy, download, record, share, distribute, sell, upload elsewhere, or otherwise make Choral Resources Library materials available to anyone else.
You must not share your account or login details with anyone else.
Your access through a Choir Membership is linked to your choir’s membership. It is not a separate Individual Membership and cannot be transferred to someone else.
6. What happens if your choir removes you from its Choir Membership
If your choir removes you from its Choir Membership, you will no longer have access to the Choral Resources Library through that choir’s membership.
Your Choir of the Earth Library account itself will not be deleted. You may still be able to log in and access any other resources, purchases, memberships or events linked to your own account.
You may also still have access to the Choral Resources Library through another route, for example through another choir’s membership, your own Individual Membership, or a ticket for a Choir of the Earth event.
Any course enrollments or progress linked to your account may remain on the system, but you will only be able to access course materials if you still have a valid membership, purchase, event ticket or other access route for that content.
7. What happens if the Choir Membership ends
If your choir’s Choir Membership ends, you will no longer have access to the Choral Resources Library through that membership.
Your Choir of the Earth Library account itself will not be deleted. You may still be able to log in and access any other resources, purchases, memberships or events linked to your own account.
You may also still have access to the Choral Resources Library through another route, for example through another choir’s membership, your own Individual Membership, or a ticket for a Choir of the Earth event.
8. Support and contact
For general questions, you may be able to find the answer by searching the Help page on Choir of the Earth Library.
If you have a technical problem using the Choir of the Earth Library website, please use the Report an Issue form in the website footer.
If your question is about your choir’s membership, your access through that membership, or whether you should still be connected to it, please contact your choir’s management.
9. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
If we make changes that materially affect how Singer Accounts are connected to or used through Choir Memberships, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated Agreement available.
Continued use of access provided through a Choir Membership after an updated Agreement takes effect may be treated as acceptance of the updated Agreement.
10. Acceptance
By connecting your Choir of the Earth Library account to a Choir Membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to the parts of this Agreement that apply to singers.
You also confirm that you understand your account will be linked to your choir’s membership, and that the Choir Administrator account will be able to see the information listed in section 3 above.
