Before you sign up
This is a one-year Choir Membership for the Choral Resources Library, which is part of the Choir of the Earth Library website. The current price is a special “Early Adopter” rate, only available to the first 100 choirs to sign up in 2026.
It allows up to 50 singers from your choir to access the Library’s choral learning and rehearsal resources for one year from the date the membership is activated. If your choir has more than 50 singers, please choose our Choir Membership for 51-100 members instead.
The account created through this form will become the Choir Administrator account for the membership. Choir Administrator accounts allow choirs to manage your singers’ access quickly and easily, using our user-friendly tools: invite members to join your Choir Membership in minutes, and remove singers who are no longer members at the click of a button.

What personal data can the Choir Administrator see?
The Choir Administrator can see only the minimum information needed to manage Singer Accounts linked to the choir, such as singers’ names and email addresses. They cannot see singers’ passwords, payment details, billing details, personal purchases, course progress or other personal account information.
Which email address should I use?
We recommend using the main contact address used for choir administration, such as an info, secretary or choir email address. A personal email address can be used, but only if your choir management is aware that this address will be used to manage the Choir Membership.
Which postal address should I use?
Please use the most appropriate address for your choir or organisation. This may be your choir’s registered address, rehearsal venue, administrative address, or the address normally used for choir billing and records.
Can I change these details later?
You can update account details from your Account settings. If you need help changing the Choir Administrator account or correcting details linked to your Choir Membership, please contact us.
Using the Library as a singer
After the Choir Membership has been created, the Choir Administrator will be able to add singers manually or share a Singer Account sign-up link. Singers will use their own accounts to access the resources included in the Choir Membership.
Will this membership auto-renew?
No. This is a one-year, non-renewing Choir Membership. When the membership expires, linked Singer Accounts will no longer have access to the Choral Resources Library through this membership. The accounts themselves will remain active for any other resources or purchases linked to them.
Accessing the Choral Resources Library
Your choir has signed up to a Choir Membership, which provides singers in your choir access to our Choral Resources Library.
This short form will create a Singer Account for you that is linked to your choir’s membership, or if you already have an active account on choirlibrary.com, to link your existing account to their membership.
Your Singer Account will allow you to access the choral learning and rehearsal resources included in your choir’s membership.
Why am I being asked to create an account?
Each singer needs their own account so they can log in securely and access the resources included in their choir’s membership.
Will I be charged?
No. This sign-up link connects your account to your choir’s existing Choir Membership. You will not be asked to make a payment.
What information can my Choir Administrator see?

What happens when the choir membership ends?
When your choir’s membership ends, your access to the Choral Resources Library through that membership will end. Your account itself will remain active and you will still be able to access any other resources or purchases linked to it.
